Managing your health shouldn't feel like a second job.

Ginger is calling Dr. Bell's office

More than one condition means several doctors, a long medication list, refills on different schedules and hours on hold. Ginger keeps all of it in one place, and makes the phone calls for you.

Most of that job is admin, and most of the admin is phone calls. Ginger's assistant makes them. It phones the doctor's office, says it is an AI calling for you, asks for the soonest openings and books one.

One call, start to finish

Every call starts the same way: Ginger tells the office it is an AI assistant calling on your behalf.

  1. You tell Ginger you have been dizzy and shaky for two days.
  2. Ginger asks how bad it is, suggests the doctor who looks after your diabetes, and offers to call.
  3. It phones the front desk, explains why you need to be seen, and asks for the soonest openings.
  4. Booked for Monday at 8:30. The visit appears on your Today screen with the other times the office offered.
  5. If nobody picks upGinger leaves one short message and calls again in 15 minutes.

Family can help, when you want them to

Add a daughter, a son or a caregiver to your care circle. You decide what they can do, and you can remove them at any time.

See and manage
They can book visits and request refills for you.
See only
They can look, but not change anything.

You can just talk to it

Say “refill my metformin” or “blood pressure 128 over 82” and it's done. Everything also works by tapping or typing.

Emergencies come first

Mention chest pain or trouble breathing and Ginger stops what it's doing and tells you to call 911.
